“ Faccio questa recensione con molto piacere. Sono pugliese e studio fuori per cui di pokè ne ho assaggiate. Ambiente pulito e smaltimento rifiuti ordinato, la busta si era appena riempita ed è stata con attenzione subito cambiata (punto a mio avviso da non sottovalutare, di pokè sporchi ne ho visti e questo sicuramente non è sporco). Anche il tavolo lo abbiamo trovato pulito e ordinato. Riguardo il servizio, le ragazze sono molto gentili e cordiali. Riguardo il cibo, il riso non lo abbiamo trovato farinoso. Non era al dente, ma cotto bene. Una critica costruttiva che posso fare: secondo me dovreste migliorare un po sulla proteina (tartare di salmone) ma nel complesso la mia era buona. Mia mamma non è una donna che si approccia facilmente a gusti particolari, ma lei vi consiglia di aggiungerci zucchine, limone e menta (perchè dà freschezza) ed è rimasta colpita dalle chips di patate (secondo lei danno il crunch giusto). Grazie perchè avete convinto mamma ad avvicinarsi ad un mondo nuovo!! ”
